These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YeboCV mobile application ("the App"), owned and operated by Nuztek ("Nuztek", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
YeboCV is provided to help you create and export CVs/résumés. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you enter into your CV.
All CV data you create in the App is stored locally on your device and remains yours. We do not claim any ownership over the content you create. Since we do not store a copy of your data, we cannot recover it if it is lost due to device damage, loss, or app uninstallation — please export or back up your CV independently if it is important to you.
The App is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. Continued use of the free version of the App means you accept the display of such ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on AdMob data handling.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App except as permitted by law, or to interfere with the App's operation for other users.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose, including reliance on it as your sole means of creating or storing a CV.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuztek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data stored locally on your device.
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
